How can I update my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please shoot us an email at contact@furestpet.com as soon as possible. We've got a fast-moving fulfillment center, but we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Usually, if you request a change at least 3 days before your next shipment, we should be able to adjust the order.
Regrettably, once orders are placed, we're unable to make changes or cancel them. There are rare occasions when we might be able to make an exception, but given how speedy our fulfillment process is and the fresh, natural nature of our products, we usually can't accommodate these requests. We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our products, which means quick order processing is essential.

Can I cancel an order
You're in control of your upcoming orders before they're finalized. Through the Furest Pet Customer Portal, you can speed up, delay, adjust, or even skip your upcoming order anytime before it's locked in. However, once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
We make sure to send out reminders about your upcoming orders 3 days prior to the order date. For any changes or cancellation requests, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your order goes into processing. This helps us maintain our promise of providing you with fresh and natural pet care products promptly.

Once your order is placed, you can expect it to arrive within 3-10 days. Once your order is shipped, your order should arrive within 2-3 days.
We ship out orders every Monday-Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays to insure that your shipment is not subject to any carrier delays or holds over the weekend and arrives in frozen condition.
